Electropolishing 
Electropolishing is performed on aluminum and stainless steel parts. Our electropolishing work earned us the Vendor of the Year Award for 1996 and 1997 from Garaventa (Canada) Ltd.
Electropolishing Details:
- Improves corrosion resistance, lustre and reflectivity.
- Commonly used for marine applications to protect against salt water.
- Eliminates weld discolouration
- Can be used to passivate and deburr.
Manual Polishing 
Manual Polishing can be performed on any metal to improve the appearance of the part. Our polishing department prides itself on paying strict attention to detail, and providing quality work which is second to none.
Manual Metal Polishing Details:
- Can be combined with plating or electropolishing to give superior finishes.
- Available on irregularly shaped items.
- Wide variety of finishes including satin, high gloss, and various grits.
Please note that describing a polished finish without a sample is particularly difficult, since it is often quite subjective. For this reason, we ask that you supply a sample piece of material whenever possible, for us to use as a test piece.
